And then there was Strobist which is basically using off-camera flash to create lighting. It's a tough learning process as mastering the flash settings is an art in itself. Om top of that is the situational use of flash which I have found to be most challenging but at the same time quite satisfying as it has generated some creativity from my otherwise mundane brain. After so many years of digital photography I have finally come to the use and understanding of light as a part of the image. And it seems like it should be the first element of composition. But better late than never I guess.
